Join us for an intimate evening of drawing and conversation, while we listen to Dana discuss some of the major themes in her new book, Skip to the Fun Parts.

A short book discussion and Q&A will take place in the first 15-20 minutes. The remainder of the event will be a Ladies Drawing Night Against Humanity, where we’ll be drawing with prompts from everyone’s favorite party game for terrible people. All skill levels are welcome, but a twisted sense of humor wouldn't hurt. Drawing supplies, wine, and light refreshments will be provided. Dana's book will also be available for sale.

Dana will be joined in conversation by Leigh Stein, the author of five books including the novel Self Care and the poetry collection Dispatch from the Future. After the talk, Dana will sign copies of her book. 

Dana will be discussing Skip to the Fun Parts with New York Times best-selling author Mari Andrew. Join them at the Powerhouse Arena in Brooklyn where they will be discussing the beautiful mess that is the creative process.
